Born in Milan in 1955, Paolo Galbusera has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1982. After gaining significant professional experience in some of the most prestigious law firms specializing in labor law and contracts, he founded Studio Legale Galbusera in the late 1980s, now known as Studio Legale Galbusera Ottolina.
For over thirty years, he has devoted himself exclusively to labor law, trade union law, and industrial relations, assisting national and multinational companies in all sectors. His in-depth knowledge of the subject, gained through the daily management of complex cases and constant dialogue with company representatives and trade union counterparts, is reflected in a pragmatic and results-oriented approach. A member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (Italian Labor Lawyers Association), he now heads the Galbusera Ottolina Law Firm together with Andrea Ottolina, offering companies strategic and personalized assistance in the ordinary and extraordinary management of labor relations.

Born in Milan in 1979, Andrea Ottolina has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2007 and specializes in labor law, trade union law, and industrial relations. After completing his legal training at the Galbusera Law Firm, he consolidated his professional training by focusing exclusively on this area, thanks to the practical management of complex cases and daily interaction with company representatives and trade union counterparts, combined with constant updating on regulatory and jurisprudential developments.
His work combines experience gained in the field with a modern vision focused on the future of the profession, providing companies with legal solutions capable of responding to organizational and market challenges. A member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (Italian Labor Lawyers Association), he now works alongside Paolo Galbusera in managing the Galbusera Ottolina Law Firm, supporting Italian and multinational companies in the ordinary and extraordinary management of employment relationships.
